Access from New Chitose airport to Sapporo downtown

Most common ways to move from New Chitose airport to Sapporo downtown are bus or train (JR). The merit of bus is there are some bus stops in Sapporo city. In case you choose train to go to downtown even though your hotel is far from train station in Sapporo, you need to take a local bus or taxi from the station to the hotel. If you take bus from the airport, it can directly carry you to bus stops which are close to major hotels in Sapporo downtown.
The merit of train is strictness about time.
Sapporo or other cities in Hokkaido face some troubles due to heavy snow in winter. Closure or speed limit of highways are one of major happenings to annoy people, which could be happened many times during winter season. If you take bus while snow is falling, it may be difficult to guess what time you can reach your destination hotel.

I will be travelling to New Chitose Airport next week and am planning to take the bus to Holiday Inn Susukino.
May I know the time of the last bus to Susukino on a week-day?
Will change be given if payment for the ticket is made with cash?
What is the name of the bus stop for Holiday Inn Susukino?

According to the official website by the bus company http://www.hokto.co.jp/a_chitose_sap_t.htm, the time of the last bus from international terminal to Sapporo city is 22:32, but it is also said buses after 20:00 are opeated depending on incoming flight’s schedule.Under this condition,I guess departure time of the bus will be delayed some minutes though Japanese public transportations are very punctual…
You can pay bus fare at ticket counter in the airport or even bus inside, both of which are preparing changes, no problem!
The bus stop “Minami 3 Jo Susukino(南3条すすきの)” should be the nearest bus stop to Holiday Inn Susukino.
      Have a nice trip!
